She shares her thoughts on AFCCA, cultural expectations on black parents, and respecting both her child's needs and her cultural beliefs and norms.

READI+ stands for Racial Equity, Accessibility, Diversity, and Inclusion +.

The READI+ Project aims to develop innovative ways to adapt and redesign services and programs so they can serve better all communities, especially the ones that have been historically underserved. Through research, community outreach and clinical support the project is building a brand-new approach to help solve complex problems more efficiently and collaboratively.

The READI+ project is funded by the Government of Canada under the Community Services Recovery Fund (CSRF).
